We ask customers to use third party couriers to pick the roller doors up. The approximate dimensions and weight are:
2100 x 450 x 450mm x 1box 27kg (roller door + guide rails)
 
*  It can also be pick up from our workshop in west Auckland.
 
* Roller doors must be installed by a qualified person. There won’t be any refund if any damages occurred due to improper installation of the roller doors. To qualify for a refund, the door must be in its original condition and freight back to our workshop must be paid by the purchaser.
 
* Please send us the freight labels so that we can print and attach them to the box.
 
* We do not provide courier services for the roller doors, therefore do not know what the delivery cost will be.
