Returns Policy

This policy covers items you buy from Solid Sheds, such as sheds and roller doors.

14 day returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, not installed and not damaged.

How to start a return

Please contact us first on 021 306 027 or at info@solidsheds.co.nz so we can arrange it.

Getting the item back to us

You can drop the item back to our Waitākere workshop at 4 Anzac Valley Road at no cost. If you would like us to collect it, our usual delivery fee applies.

Refunds

We will refund you within 5 working days of receiving the item back.

​

Faulty items

Please let us know about any fault within 7 days of receiving your item. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.

Hire sheds

Hire sheds are not covered by this policy. They are covered by our Terms & Conditions of Storage.
